I started a workout log and figured, heck might as well do both. Plus if I have to post it, I’ll feel more accountable and actually keep track of things consistently.
Starts tomorrow w/ the WO log.
#1) Three eggs over easy, 3 strips bacon grilled tomato & onion
#2) Two hard-boiled eggs.
#3) Chicken Breast w/ Broccoli & AVC, whole avacado, 1 cup blueberries
#4) Salad w/ chicken breast EVOO (1.5 TBSP) & lemon juice dressing
#5) PWO – 1.5 C whole raw milk
Drank water & green tea only
Not the best day, but …
#1) Whole milk lattee (no sugar or anything added, just milk and espresso)
#2) Goat milk whey protein powder, 1 banana & handful walnuts
#3) Salad w/ Chicken, 1 egg, tomato, onion
Need to cut out the dariy except for the protein powder and occasional cheese.
Note, goat whey is just that and nothing else. No sweeteners, color, thickeners, etc.
