    L1D1 – 30 rounds (subbed pullups with 3x towel body rows / round, hanging body position ~ 30 deg. to horizontal) Strict form on push-ups, squats. Pull ups will be my weak link as always.

    Will post stats and goals when I have time to compile them.

    20 overhead 2 hand swings (16kg KB)

    10 C & J / arm (16 kg KB)

    5 Turkish getups / arm (16 kg KB)

    10 Push Jerks (70# sand bag)

    That was sick; almost met pukie as they say. Started IF on Tuesday and did this in the fasted state. Had to break up the getups. Also got some nice carpet burns on my ankles from them. L1D3 maƱana. Kicked my way to one full chinup before work this morning. Not a bad day. Think I’ll take Saturday and Sunday off.
