I’ve used simplefit for about a month so far and I love it. The only thing I’ve a bit of concern for right now is my issue with drooping shoulders. I’ve been working on them a bit, trying to open up my chest with chest and shoulders stretches and also doing shoulder dislocations. But, I read somewhere that the Simplefit exercises were a bit heavy on the front-side muscles and that you should complement the routine with some exercises that are designed to work out more of your back muscles, in order to avoid acquiring drooping shoulders. Is there any truth to this? Will I get drooping shoulders if I just do simplefit? Should I complement simplefit with other exercises for strengthen the back so that my shoulders have some support from the backside as well?
Yeah, I think you have a good point. I did add in the superman rocks today after the Simplefit session. The way I did was to do superman rocks until I get tired and can’t do more of it. I did three sets of that with 60 seconds rest between the sets. Thank you for replying.
If other people have stuff to add please go ahead, I do really appreciate it
