    This is probably a dumb question answered in a sticky somewhere that I’ve missed but here goes!

    I’m looking at the L1D1 workout

    max rounds in 20 min

    1 pull-ups

    2 push-ups

    3 squats

    What exactly do the preceding numbers mean? 1 pull-up? 1 set of pull-ups before doing 2 sets of push-ups and then 3 sets of squats? I’m confused. Please help!

    Never mind… Found my answer in Cheapo’s log. Interesting. I’ve never done a bodyweight program but my circumstances dictate one at the moment. I’m gonna order a Door Gym so I can do the pull ups. I like the fact that it has the neutral hands parallel position. My shoulders seem to tolerate that position much better. Thanks for looking!
