    L1D1 – 30 rounds

    I almost dropped the water pitcher trying to get some water after the workout! lol

    I am also very afraid to bend down to pick up anything I might drop now, so for the rest of the evening I refuse to pick up anything.

    Who knew 20 minutes was so friggin long!
