I just discovered these guys on youtube. I went to their website and signed up, http://www.fitnessblender.com. They’re FREE and have follow-along workouts based on difficulty, goal (strength, cardio, etc.), very much to my liking.
I’m on vacation for the next two weeks and intend to go hard fitness-wise every morning, kind of like a personal bootcamp, while greatly reducing calories.
I plan on doing:
day 1 – simplefit + stretching
day 2 – Javorek’s complexes 5 rounds + fitness blender
day 3 – simplefit + stretching
day 4 – Javorek’s complexes 5 rounds + fitness blender
day 5 – simplefit + stretching
day 6 – Javorek’s complexes 5 rounds + fitness blender
