I asked this same question on my training log, but I thought this might actaully be the best place to ask: i only have a pull up bar, how can I do inverted pullups????
Please help guys, any advice will be helpfull
You can do them in a tucked position or in a front splits like position even with a door gym. Just be absolutely sure it and your grip are secure!
