very interesting, talks abtou how they are better in some ways than bench press. shows some neat variations and goes into detail about proper from. it actually changed the way i do them.
Great find. I’ll have to try the 45-degree elbow position. I’ve always done them with a 90-degree or 0 degree (elbows close to the sides) angle.
Good arcticle about the general benefits of push-ups.
Having just read Convict Conditioning though I find it quite lacking in the part about advanced versions and loading.
