    I want a 6 pack by the end of the year and i need a good routine? I do a lot of exercise but i need some abdominal excersises. I have a flat stomach but i dno ive tried to get a six pack plenty of times i think it might be what i eat cuz i eat a lot for my football i need to keep my size im just wondering what would be the best way to stay a good muscly weight without getting reall skinny i just want a workout weekly routine and some food hints

    Overhead squats, planks, thrusters, pullups

    but – all of these without diet will do nothing
