What is a good percentage ratio of fat-carbs-protein? I signed up with fitday.com to keep track of my calories and it calculates it in percentage format on a pie chart but i’m not sure whats a good percentage of the three? Anyone else have an idea?
See what works for you it is all about experimentation. If you feel tired and a lack of concentration look at:
a) getting better quality carbs (fruit non starch vegetables)
b) increase fat with meals (nuts, fish oils)
c) adjust total number of carbs
