I’ve completed my first week of the simplefit workout and I loved it. I don’t think I am a fitness expert but, like you have spent a lot of time reading about the subject. I had been doing Crossfit for the last six months and have nothing but respect for it; however, I think your workout protocol is a better match for me. I love the timed interval training and self competitive nature. Crossfit takes more of an investment in equipment, preparation, learning new exercises and time. Also, I know variety is good but, I like the simplicity of your workout and the way you can have continued feedback on your progress.
