    Well, today I started the SimpleFit program – Level 1 Day 1. I was able to get 24 sets in. I’m not sure if that is good or not, but I think it may have been a little easy. When do you know when you are ready to move up a level? I really think I will like this because I am in direct competition with only myself. That is awesome. I am hoping that this will help in my other training endeavors….. :)

    Welcome !

    From the “How to get started section” : If the workouts take longer than 30 minutes or less than 5 minutes you need to adjust your level.

    This applies to Days 2 and 3.

    thanks for the reply. I will have to time myself tomorrow – I think I could do day 3 in less than 5 minutes. I guess time will tell. again thanks….
