Just walking this week, 5 miles a day since tuesday so far. I think I’ll do 7-8 tomorrow and saturday and offday it sunday. Then the try for level 1 day 1 on Monday!
After 3 days of paleo, if, and these big walks I already have tons more energy, so much that I’m up waay late at night. If it keeps up I’ll prolly up the intensity some more.
