I completed 25 rounds in the alloted 20 minutes. I probably could have done 30, but I was taking it easy first go-round.
Now, moving on to workout #2, is it possible to gauge my appropriate level based on my first results, or should I continue this week at Level 1 ?

yhe proper way to move to the next lvl is when you can complete D3 of a particular lvl in under 5 mins.
so do L1D2 and then, if you can do L1D3 in under 5, move to lvl 2, otherwise repeat lvl 1
