I completed 25 rounds in the alloted 20 minutes. I probably could have done 30, but I was taking it easy first go-round.
Now, moving on to workout #2, is it possible to gauge my appropriate level based on my first results, or should I continue this week at Level 1 ?
Its up to you really. Rule of thumb is if the day 2 & 3 workouts take < 5 minutes or > 30 minutes adjust your level up or down accordingly.
