    Hi. I am a 32 year old female, almost 5’7″, 140lbs. Not exactly sure what my “realistic goals” are, but I have 3 marathons to run this summer, so I would like to be able to trim off 15lbs. I have a problem with “bulking” up if I do too much weight work, so I am really looking for something that will tie into my running routine…and something that will enhance my running performance. I am trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon next year, so I guess I need to be able to run the full marathon in 3 hours 41 minutes….YIKES!!!!!! Last year I ran a half marathon in 1 hour 40 minutes, so I guess that is my base to get better from…..anyway…I’ll keep you posted as to how it goes…..I am glad to be apart of the SimpleFit community… :D And I am ALWAYS open to comments and advice… :D
