i also did ab work for 5 minutes. basically swithing to a different ab exercise for ever minute for 5 minutes.
from here on out i’ll just post my results on a weekly basis unless i hit some major milestone. think i will move up to level 2. mainly cuz i’m able to do the push-up and squat requirements of level one without any difficulty. but i will continue to focus on pull-ups by way of jumping pull-ups and negatives.
