    Hello Everybody. Great Site and forum. Started on 6/9 and I’m 2 weeks in and decide its time to join the neighborhood. I’m a 31 yo Male. 6′ and 180lbs with a 37″ waist that needs to shrink down. I have been mixing up the pull-ups with both overhand and underhead grips. Also doing about 4- 30 min. walks each week as well.

    L1D1: 25 rds

    L1D2: 4:53 total time

    L1D3: 3:23

    L2D1: 27 rds

    L2D2: 4:19 total time

    L2D3: 3:58

    L3D2: 4:36

    Its amazing how the times and rounds are about the same right now yet the total amount of exercises has gone up a lot. Its nice to see instant feedback and fast results and I can’t wait to see what improvement lies 6 months down the line and beyond.
