Started today – thought I would do L1D1, but ended up losing track of my starting time, and of my reps. . . will try again – with better concentration – on Friday.
My twist, I am substituting:
body rows for pull-ups
8-count body-builders for pushups and
situps for squats.
Weigh about 240 lbs and need to get down to the 180’s.

This is how I managed to keep track of each completed set — use your watch’s timer/stopwatch mode — every completed set hit the Lap button. The number of laps completed in 20minutes will be your completed set.
