    Hi, all!

    I found simplefit months ago during a search for “bodyweight exercise circuit” or something like that. My training (Matt Wiggins’ concept/my customization) is a three day rotation of:

    Bodyweight Exercise MetCon Day (BWE only)

    Barbell Strength Day (ME or DE)

    Kettlebell Day

    The BWE days are split between the three simplefit days (level 6) and three burpee workouts that can be found here (wfs):


    Thanks for putting all this together. Simplefit is such a great resource. I had been looking into improving my diet, but everything seems so complicated and the trade-offs not always worth it. As I was reviewing some of the training, I found the diet advice and, well, thanks again! I was on the No-S diet, but I think I was missing out on my protein requirements. No-S and the simplefit diet together look like they’d be a powerful combination, so this has become my plan. Again, thanks!
