    A little background…

    I am 22 years old… female (duh)…

    I used to be athletic. In high school (5 years ago), I competed in Golf, Shot-put, and Discus. So in Summer and Fall (Golf season) I was walking miles every single day and working on my flexibility. I would get very, very skinny and toned. Then in Winter and Spring I would bulk up with weights for Shot-Put and Discus. I was in the weightroom every day doing the same weight training as the football players.

    Fast forward 5 years… I am a fat, flabby shell of my former self. I am 45 lbs heavier and have no upper body strength what-so-ever. I don’t really STRIVE for upper body strength… and I don’t want big muscles or anything. I just want to be healthy. :) I think I have potential.

    My ultimate goal is to get the body of the queen from the movie 300. Haha. By Halloween. I can totally do it. And hopefully I will.
