Some people work on these type of skills after warming up and before working out I have been thinking about adding some optional skills to work on if people are interested more on this thread
I tried what was recommended from dragondoor. I put my knees on my elbows and put my head against the couch so that I don’t fall over. At 6’4″ and 220# I am not sure if I am meant to this type of exercise. We’ll see what happens.
That looks pretty sick. Something for me to work up to, nice.
I found a pair of push up bars at Sears for $8 and have been doing the knees on elbow hold for the last couple days. I went from tipping over in 3 seconds to a holding it for 40 secs.
