    Finished in 6 min. 25 sec.

    Do I repeat Level 5 again or drop down a few levels for next week and then back to 5 the following week?

    I took a weeks worth of rest between Level 4 and Level 5.

    Didn’t feel as strong this week. Work stress and hours increased greatly during the rest week (now that school has begun), so maybe that has dropped my strength level a bit.

    Drop down a little if you feel burnt, with simplefit it is hard to under train so if you feel tired probably should rest.

    I hear you on external causes (work, etc)… give your body a break, get some good sleep, and take a rest week, then head back to the same level.
