I’ve read that you should give your muscles a day to rest, but should you do that even if you ‘feel’ good enough to complete another simplefit circuit the next day?
THis depends on your recovery time but 3 days a week is a good place to start, but you may progress faster 2 days a week play around with it and see how you feel
I tried it out and yeah, it does seem better. I’m progressing and my muscles don’t feel crappy when I start my workout.
Also, I kinda feel like I’ve been graced by a celebrity, lol. Great site!
