I hope this is the appropriate place for a newbie to post. I’ve been perusing the forum messages and decided to introduce myself. I’m a 36 year old male in the midwest. For a living I work as a police officer. I’ve always been interested in fitness and health and have developed quite a preference to bodyweight training over the last few years. I think i’ve ordered every bodyweight training product that promised all the new “secrets” to fat loss and muscle building. Some were real crap, others were pretty good but didn’t deliver a real workable plan for the time that I had available to me. Tonight I stumbled onto Simplefit and it is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a plan that I can follow in the time I have to spend and I can keep track of my results and progress. It also gives me the freedom to subsitute exercises if I want. Perfect! I’m starting next monday the 10th. See everybody after that.
