Hadn’t figured out the timer app on my tablet so screwed up day 2 week 1. Did 5 rounds in 21 mins with 3 mins rest per round. Thought it would be easy to begin with but in concentrating on form I was feeling it by the end.
Awesome dude more rounds and a 2lb drop can’t ask for much more. Are you following a specific diet or just eating sensible? I think with the weight drop and the strength you are gaining from the workouts you will be off that band in no time. Keep pushing!
