bodyweight exercises, bodyweight workouts

Hello all. I just found this place. These workouts appear to have exactly what I need, namely brevity. I am kind of a busy guy, juggling work and school.
I once kept myself in top shape with running, weights, and odd objects. But that was a very long time ago, and any effects of that work have long since vanished.
I am going to start at the easiest level on Monday.I will try to post a log.
