I just finished week one of the basic simplefit plan, but me being me, I know I’ll need a bit of variety. This led me to look at the more advanced weeks and now I feel comfortable adding them into a monthly rotation with the basic plan at some point in a month or two probably. There are only two problems, both relating to inverted pullups. First, at home my bar doesn’t have the clearance for these. Second, without having tried them inverted pullups seem rather scary. So I guess I’m wondering if there is a substitute for when I’m at home (probably just more pullups, but I thought I’d ask) and how I go about doing them without worrying about falling and and landing on my head.
