    Hi guys, I started simplefit at the end of last week and had a go at L1D1. Made it to 50 rounds in about 12 minutes and stopped there as didn’t want to do too much on the first day. Probably should have paced myself a bit better. So I’ve started level 3 this week. So far,

    L3D1 – 23 rounds

    L3D2 – 3.42

    So birthday weekend led to me missing the third day of level 3, so I have tried again this week.

    L3D1 – 25 rounds

    L3D2 – 3.52

    This week I will make it to day 3!

    Finished level 5 this week, will continue at the same level next week.

    L5D2 – did not time as phone had run out of battery, just concentrated on doing it well.

    Guess this means I should move on to L6. Does look quite hard though, maybe I’ll have a rest week first.
