I have been excited about getting started….and finally did so today!
L1D1 = 47
Alternated my grip for pull up each round. After 14 rounds I had to start helping get over the bar with my legs and came down slow.
I used a pole to help me get lower to work harder on the squats…have one hip that was surgically fused 20 years ago and found this to help.
Warmed up with 500 jump rope (around 5 mins).
L1D2 = 3:47
Man, my grip and biceps hurt after day 1.
L1D3 = 1:57
L2D1 = 35
