This was my first workout.
I did 14 rounds in 10 minutes.
My pullups were jumping into them and the best negative I could give.
The pushups and squats were good.
Day Two– 4:46 D2L1
I did my pullups on a machine that lets you use Weight to counter balance your body weight,in essence it make you lighter.I used 55 lbs.
I felt good other than my biceps being a little sore from day 1.

40 lbs. help with chin-ups
Pick a number of rounds for Day 1. (Somewhere between 20 and 25, I’d say.) If you reach that number, reduce the amount of pull-up assistance on your next Day 1 by 5 lbs.
