Wk1 Lvl1 results: 17 / 4’12 / 5’09. (all chins)
Wk2 Lvl1 results: 28/ 3’46/ 4’16. (all neutral grip pulls)

Welcome onboard. That is a great start! You’ll be on to level two in no time. The bad news is that it never gets any easier–the clock and the higher levels are always pushing you on. I find chin-ups a lot easier than neutral grip pull-ups. But that must have something to do with my bar because it has a wide grip for neutrals and when I do chin-ups I have a narrower one. In the same way if I do pull-ups the grip is the widest one.
Anyway, I’m doing neutral grip because I’ve read somewhere that they’re easier with the shoulders. I’ll try different grips as I get stronger… I have weak shouldersMay 14, 2012 at 9:13 am #123128
