skipped to L5D1— 17 complete roundsFebruary 5, 2011 at 10:36 am #120542 Level 1 to Level 5 is a big jump! But, based on your Day 1 Level 1 result, I’d say you made the right move.
Good luck with the program!February 5, 2011 at 1:24 pm #120544
Yeah, a bit more challenging at that level. Program is nice. thanks for making it available for us all.February 5, 2011 at 1:54 pm #120545February 7, 2011 at 10:14 am #120546 Got ya, my mistake.
L5D2 – 8:58 more the intensity I was looking for.February 8, 2011 at 5:13 pm #120550
Think that warrants a second Level 5 week.February 11, 2011 at 6:18 am #120549
Last night was a redo for L5D1. Should have waited a bit after eating to start but time would not allow. There was an increase however.
20 total rounds in 20 minutes. Hopefully the increase in performance will carry over to days 2 and 3..February 14, 2011 at 2:03 am #120548
Take 2 for l5d2, total time came to 7:09. Shave off a bit of time there. Feeling better with this level, squats are just a killer. Traditional workout tonight and follow that Tuesday night with L5D3.February 15, 2011 at 3:54 pm #120547
Feeling pretty good after that, 26 good form pullups were tough..all of it was tough.
A good improvement but then I didnt have the kids running around me.February 26, 2011 at 4:51 am #120551
I had completed a total of 17 rounds last weekend which I dont think is too bad. I got sick and took a few days off so startd back with D1 last night. Completed a total of 20 rounds so I oretty good improvement considering being ill.February 27, 2011 at 5:26 pm #120552
Total time for 5 rounds is 9:02. Not to good according to my times compared to those on the fit log.
Last nights workout was a deck o’ card parallette bar workout. Static handstand, pushups, l-sits and dips. I would say it ended up being about 25 cards total. Few days to look forward to D3 but I believe I will be sticking on level 6 for a bit.March 1, 2011 at 4:29 pm #120553
10:07 grand total. I plan to continue on with Level 6 for some time until I get a bit more proficient. The time was, however, better then my L5D3 so I feel pretty good about that.
Last nights workout was parallette bars, although it was more handstand practice then workout but I also threw in L-sits and l-sits to handstand. Fairly light so I felt pretty good going into tonight.
Oh well..back to day one.March 4, 2011 at 4:46 am #120554
You’re free to pick your level, but the program is designed around the idea that you move up a level when you can complete Day 3 of your current level in less than 5 minutes.
