    Since I gave up my gym membership a few months ago, I’ve been having a hard time trying to come up with a workout plan. This looks simplistic and could possibly be an intro to CrossFit maybe sometime in the future. I’ve been lurking around this site and the boards for awhile and have decided to give SimpleFit a try! Is there anything else I should know before “diving in”?

    Finally started SimpleFit today! I’m tired of being fat and lazy!! Did L1D1 – 22 rounds. Started workout log in the log forum.
