Started today. Have done 20 rounds, but I did some more pause than it needed during first ten minutes, I think I could do something around 27…
How do you choose the right program for you? Does the level 3 of basic program equal to level 3 of advanced, just consist of more difficult exercises?
My start point of thinking was the amount of pull-ups that I could do at one time. But push ups and squats I can do much more… So I’m a little confused about all this…
Go through to day three where you are – if it is below 5 minutes, move up.
In terms of the alternative workouts, that depends on the individual.
Now finished L3D3… It tooks 194 secs. I think I really should move up
