I just stumbled across this site as I was surfing. I’ve been weighing options on how to specifically attack

increase my capabilities with Pull ups and Push ups.

Please tell me if I understand this correctly – on one of the bodyweight routine pages it says

‘if you are talking more than 30 minutes, or less then 5 minutes, change level…”

Does this mean If I were to start with level 2, I’d stay with it until my day 2 and 3 work outs were less than 5 minutes ?

I just didn’t any other clear indication of what drives you to a next level.

The Day 2 time is not as critical. It is something to keep you going, but is not the real indicator. The goal is to get the Day 3 workout under 5 minutes. At that point, you are ready for the next level. How strict you want to be with that is up to you. Today I did a Day 3 workout in 5:02, but my form was so bad in some places I am not that disappointed to be repeating the level.

    Thanks for answering.

It does make perfect sense, now that you’ve explained it.
