21 Push-Ups ( 6 in proper form, 15 with knees)
21 Squats (using a large pilates ball)

Felt really good but also quite tired (i think i have to adjust my sleeping patterns)
Concerning the diet , i´ve been trying the Paleo/IF for the last week…and it goes ok but every 3 days i have a relapse and have to eat some kind of bread or pasta…..but i´m trying to understand why and go back on track..
i was a vegetarian for a few years and always loved a good pasta and bread…so its going to be a slow path for me…..
