I would like to either find or make a checklist of fitness skills to accomplish from the easiest to most difficult. Mainly single activities such as accomplishing a single dip, muscle up, one legged squat, l-hold, handstand push up. Are there any around or we could start one in this thread.
I was thinking it may be cool to have a skills/challenge list as part of the site as an option to do right after the warm up, so super advanced people could work on planche and front lever muscle up ect and beginners could do l-sit plank …. ok I will post the list and would like to hear feedback.
I think this is a great idea! I was looking for something inbetween for my ultimate goal of completing the “girls”. I was actually messing around with the planche idea some months back but ended up letting it fall to the wayside. I’m thinking about adding it in as part of the workout.
I came across the website bodyweightculture.com. They have twenty level challenge, each level has 5-6 exercises and instructions. You have to register, but does not cost anything and has some awesome videos.
