1. When logging day 2, do you include the entire time including the 3 minute rest periods or just log the actual time spent doing the exercises?
2. How do I either edit or remove a log entry that is incorrect?
Ok, I figured out question two. Duh! click the red X.
I still am wondering about Question 1.
The rest time should not be taken into account when you calculate total time for D2. So I’d go for “actual time spent doing the exercises”.
I’ll add that the rest time seems loooooong for the first levels. And then, suddendly, it makes plenty of sense

Yeah, I thought the 3 minutes seemed a little long. But looking at the numbers for some of the higher levels, I can see where 3 minutes might feel a little short.
If you don’t need the rest – don’t do it. Try to cut it down gradually and see how you feel.

If you have significant strength consider increasing body angle or rings or a weighted vest so that you need the rest period.
Yeah, after 3 people having the same issue, I’ll work on some mouseover text on the X so that if you hold over it, it will say ‘delete’.
This weekend I’ll work on a few tweaks.
