Interesting app for the i-pod. I got a program called lose it that tracks calories and exercise calories lost. It’s interesting in that if your goal is to lose X number of pounds and your daily intake is only supposed to be 1500 for example it adjusts the exercise calories to match it. I been messing around with it for the last week and a half and actually dropped 7 lbs just keeping track and not going over the total expenditure. Thought it was kinda neat especially since I havent done anything in the past week with exercise.
