    Saw this site a couple days ago and decided i would start

    Stats:

    180lbs

    18yrs old

    5’10”

    Sunday:

    L3-D1

    20 sets 20 minutes i had somewhat of a hard time with those pull ups maybe i should move down a level? not really too sure.

    I have no problem doing the squats and push ups. just need to work on pull ups now.

    Monday:

    Run

    -15min run uphill 8%incline

    -2 min sprint at end

    Core

    -sit ups on balance ball 3×15

    -tucking legs in on balance ball (dont know what this is called learned it from a college Division-1 tennis workout) 3×12

    -taking balance ball (while laying down) from hands to feet (also dont know what this is called, and again taken from a D1 tennis workout) 3×10

    -Leg lifts on balance ball 3×10

    -weighted crunch on balance ball(explosive movement) 3×10

    Tuesday: about to do L3-D2

    If you can do all of d2 and day 3 in under 30 you should be fine, however it never hurts to start slow and easy.

    Hm i probabaly shouldn’t do a workout today since i cant really move my arms, from the pull ups.

    4 hour hike yesterday and arms still recovering. i think ill move down to level 2…

    mon-wed backpacking 15 mile hike

    thurs- rest day

    friday – 5 hours of doubles vball

    Sat – L2D2 5:10

    April 15 Sunday

    D1L3 – 16 sets (no substituted pull ups this time)

    April 16 Monday

    Rest

    April 17 Tuesday

    D2L3 – 5:32 (pull ups are getting a lot easier thank goodness)

    April 18 Wednesday

    Rest

    April 19 Thursday

    Rest

    April 20 Friday

    D3L3 – 6:02 (Had to take 2 breaks, one break for pull ups i did 8 and then 8 again and then i did about 20 pushups and had to take another quick rest)

    I also got a friend to do this workout and shes doing great for her first day She did:

    D1L1 – 20 reps (80 lbs assisted pull ups)

    April 23 Monday

    D1L4 – 18 sets (beat level 3 reps! but also feel like shit…and i love it :] also the pullups were so much easier then last week)

    Friend:

    D2L1 – 4:30 (60lb assisted pull up; shes definitely improving fast!)

    Rest (chest still sore from the pushups : and my legs were on fire not to mention my lats being sore)

    Friend:

    D3L1: 6:45 (70 lb assisted pull-ups)
