    Get some top round (preferable grass fed ) add spices cumin, garlic, ginger, cayenne, you can add some sesame or other seeds Marinaded in lemon or lime juice witht he spices and then cook in the oven on 200 maybe keep the door open a little. Just watch it. It should be dried well but I dont let it get brittle or crispy.

    I love doing jerky. When I was in Alaska we liked to make a lot of Deer Jerky. My kids want to do it again since having moved into the lower 48. I like to smoke mine too as I thinks it gives a whole different flavor. Salmon is good for this too.
