    6/12 – – – L3D2 4 min 42 seconds

    I think I’m going to have to go up a level after this week, I’m not sure. I’m trying to get stronger and healthier, maybe even put on some pounds. Bottom line is I’m going for strength though. This is a great work out so far, lots of fun and seems to be worthwhile


    When you can integrate these workouts as well for more strength centric work
