    Weight: 153

    I’m not starting this workout yet, but I will be on Friday. Most of my current workouts are very unstructured but I am also in gymnastics. Its a beginners class so I’m not amazing, but the cardio is insane and we do some pretty hardcore BW workouts every class. That’s tomorrow, I don’t expect to walk on Thursday.

    This program looks good. Maybe something I can stick to.

    So I finally got to do my first simple fit workout.

    I put it off until I could convince my dad to do it with me.

    I did level 4 and completed 10 sets very easily, I could have done more but I was going at my fathers pace.

    He did level 3 and completed 9 sets.

    Way to go, Matthew.

    I bet if if everyone here gave you one piece of advice, a lot would say to not lose the fitness that you have as a teenager by becoming lazy as you get older.

    I also think it is great that you are getting your dad involved. He seems to be in pretty good shape, too. A little competitive spirit can help as well.

    I missed day two because of family problems and school, but i got back into it with L5D3. I completed all of the repetitions in 9 minutes.

    L5D1 I completed 13 sets in 15 minutes. I had to quit early because I needed to get ready for school.

    My father did 11 sets in 12 minutes. Afterwards, he walked a mile

    Thanks for the encouragement David. I understand completely about not losing your fitness. The lack of fitness isn’t even hidden in my family. I am just striving to not fall back. My father did this and is wanting to lose weight, so I figure I will help him.

    Gymnastics Class

    I can finally do a good roundoff. Took me long enough.

    6 Second Handstand

    5 Handstand Push ups

    5 Assisted Push ups

    and

    70 Push Ups

    My arms are tired.

    I think I’m going to wait until Saturday morning to do my Simple Fit Day 2
