Basically you jump to the bar do a pullup, get off the bar, squat, kick legs back and do a pushup. Then back to the bar. essentially your kind of doing a jumping pullup though.
Think I may actually be stealing this from Crossfit but not sure. Just thought it would be an interesting variation of what we do anyway.

I’ll do it once I get that bar up outside. I love the picture of me jumping to the door gym. The bucket would be for my head. 😆
Been meaning to add burpees to my repertoire.
bucket = pukie is coming to to town.
This will be one heck of a workout
Maybe max in 5 minutes? Or should we go for broke and do max?

I’m gonna try it today (if it isnt raining) instead of my L4D1.
I’ll try for 20 minutes max. I’ll probably get maybe 5 before I pass out heh. If it gets really tough I’ll just stop at 5 which is what it looks like I’ll be doing if it’s as bad as you say.
My guess is it will become very anaerobic and hit threshold fast. So maybe as a benchmark it would be max reps before you have to rest?
Then I will probably slow down very quickly resting a lot, sipping my beer, eating ribs… etc. Oh wait… wrong fantasy… Nevermind. 😳
I’ll just go for broke and see what happens. I’d like to record it but Im not set up just yet for that.
Gonna have to get my son to count it cause I just dont think I’ll be able to keep track.

37 rounds in five minutes. I think I coulda got 40 but (of all things) my damn shorts started falling off and I had to retie. heheheh

I did steal this from Crossfit. It’s one of the girls called “GI Jane” They have a recent video on the main site.
but its 100 of em for time. The guy did it in 10:21 I think.
I figure I could do it in about 10 hours 21 minutes heh.
