    😆 It’s not like we all took a special Simplefit Certification course. If you have a certain take on something, there’s no reason you can’t chime in with it.

    Speaking of advice…

    Can you do pushups from a stair or other elevated platform (chair, table, the wall…)? It is generally thought that this is a better sub than knees.

    Cool – how did they compare? If they were easier, find a lower elevation. If they were hard enough to challenge without sacrificing form, then presto!

    Should I continue with L1 since I am doing assisted pullups and pushups? Or should I go to L2?

    Definitely debated question… Since L2 still does 1 pull-up for D1, I say move forward, because it will continue to push your muscles with the push-ups, squats, and of course on D2 and D3. volleyball man stayed back till he could do actual pull-ups unassisted, but I only suggest this when you switch to L3 (you should be able to do some unassisted before that move).

    The first question is: “What do you mean by assisted?” Can you adjust the level to which you are assisting?
