For some reason it’s really hard for me to breath though my nose when I work out… normally it’s fine, but when I get active, I have to breath though my mouth to get enough air.
The problem with this, is that my throat becomes sore and after a long hard workout – I feel “under the weather” [like I’m going to get sick]. I would like to breath though my nose (to filter all the junk in the air), but don’t get enough air.
Any way to make my nose breathing more effective? I’ve tried taking those nasal things (that clears your sinuses) and they help, but mouth breathing is still more effective.
