muscles soreness (newbie)

    I got sore only for 3 days after my 1st workout day, but after that i never got sore at all, its been about 8 days and i am training regualrly . is this normal? :?:

    This is probably normal, depending on your fitness level before you started simplefit, how hard you’re pushing yourself, and your individual capacity for recovery. Keep in mind that muscle soreness isn’t always an indicator of a good workout, and in fact, persistent soreness is one of the warning signs of over training (although I think over training on simplefit is difficult). If you’re progressing through levels and and being honest about giving full effort to your workouts then lack of soreness shouldn’t concern you.

    if you are not getting sore – then you need to push harder

    there is no way i can push harder than i do, i train to failure everytime i workout.

    Sounds good. I think I was sore for the first week and after that have been fine.

    age will be a big factor and some people recover and adapt faster than others.
