I am planning on joining the gym for fitness not body building at least for now.
Im 21, and I trying to quit smoking. Im slim but im not fit at all I’m not sure what kind of schedule or plan I should base my “training” on. Thanks in advance.

We do discuss other fitness topics, but the main focus is the SimpleFit program.
If you have or can get a pull-up bar set up at home, then you don’t need a gym to do SF.
