At age 14 and with your fitness goals being what they are (parkour etc.) mass gain might not be a good place to focus your attention. It’s quite possible that you are no where near your genetic potential – yet. I didn’t really “fill out” until I was in my 20s. Furthermore – parkour requires a light agile frame. You want no more mass than is absolutely necessary for the functions required.
Be patient. Eat well. Keep working out. Everyone who has curly hair wants straight hair and vice versa.
yea ur right. i just wanted to look better since im going to california to visit some family in a couple of weeks and I just wanted to look better at the beach. parkour will probably be just as effective thanks a lot!
